If you can’t make it to a class you’ve booked, please cancel your space as soon as possible using the app. This helps free up spots for other members who are eager to attend and ensures everyone has the chance to enjoy our classes.

Our Timetable

Multiple coach-led class times Monday to Friday to fit in with your schedule following six-week programmes to get you fitter, leaner, and stronger. We also have open gym where you can come and train through your own exercises or programme.
